Notice of Availability of Language Assistance and Auxiliary Aids
Federal rules ask covered providers to post this notice in the fifteen languages most commonly spoken by people with limited English proficiency in the state. English and Spanish are below. Add Nevada's remaining thirteen from the HHS translated notice files and have your compliance advisor confirm the current list.
